Excis is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our internal team on a maternity leave cover (6-month full-time contract). This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles, functions, and locations, with a structured handover to ensure continuity of operations.

You will partner with hiring managers, design proactive sourcing strategies, maintain candidate pipelines, track key metrics, and mentor junior recruiters.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience (end-to-end, multi-function, multi-market).
• Proven track record in stakeholder partnership, strategy development, candidate management, and data-driven recommendations.
• Solid experience with recruitment reporting, metrics, ATS, and sourcing platforms; strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to train/mentor junior recruiters and work independently in a fast-paced global environment.
• English proficiency at B2 or higher; valid work authorization for the applicable location.
• Comfortable with a 6-month maternity cover contract (Q4 2026 start), including handover period; extension possible based on business needs and performance.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding) across multiple roles, functions, and locations.
• Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies, maintain talent pipelines, and ensure timely candidate follow-up.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, profiles, and priorities; provide data- and market-driven recommendations.
• Contribute to TA initiatives, employer branding, process improvements, and campaigns to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
• Track and report key metrics (time-to-fill, time-to-hire, pipeline status, conversion rates, etc.).
• Keep ATS and recruitment data accurate for reliable reporting and pipeline management.
• Coach and mentor junior recruiters on sourcing, ATS use, candidate management, and stakeholder communication.
• Participate in a structured handover, taking full ownership of active vacancies, pipelines, and stakeholder relationships.
• Build strong candidate and stakeholder relationships, ensuring a positive experience throughout.
