• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
• Recruiting: Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Candidate Management: Screen and shortlist candidates, conduct interviews and assessments, brief candidates on the company and role.
• Market Intelligence: Develop and implement recruitment campaigns, stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.
• Target: Achieve revenue targets and meet KPIs in a fast-moving sales environment.
• Business Development: Identify new opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs.

Role Purpose

We are seeking self-motivated Senior Consultant with an entrepreneurial mindset to be part of our growing team. The right candidate is someone who wants to be at the forefront of growing and developing a business while leveraging our vast network of regional relationships.

This role will own the end-to-end recruitment process and partner closely with clients to develop talent sourcing and attraction strategies for junior-to-senior hires. We aim to deliver a great experience for both our clients and candidates that lends genuine insight into our culture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Identifying, developing, and managing client business relationships together with selling our recruitment services and negotiating the rates of business.

2. Recruiting:

• Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Utilize recruitment databases and tools to identify potential candidates.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and efficient placement of candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and feedback sessions with clients and candidates.

3. Candidate Management:

• Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Selecting candidates for appropriate positions, arranging interviews and fully briefing candidates on the company and role
• Taking responsibility for candidate care and keeping in regular contact with our candidates

5. Market Intelligence:

• Develop and implement short and long-term recruitment campaigns as well as deliver service, quality, and results
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity

6. Target:

• Achieving revenue targets and meeting individual KPIs in a fast moving, competitive sales environment

7. Business Development:

• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
