Job summary

Outsourced.ph is hiring a Senior Bookkeeper & Back Office Operations Coordinator in a remote role based in the Philippines. The candidate will own bookkeeping, billing, AR, compliance, and records, with a focus on accurate QuickBooks Online use and process improvements.

The ideal candidate has strong QuickBooks Online experience, exemplary organization, attention to detail, and the ability to optimize back-office workflows for over 1000 staff across multiple processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience.
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience.
• Experience with bank and credit-card reconciliations.
• Experience with payroll reconciliation.
• Experience with W-9 and 1099 processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain QuickBooks Online books and reconciliations.
• Prepare and send customer invoices; manage AR aging.
• Support onboarding and customer records; KPI tracking.
• Maintain subcontractor records and compliance.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close and reporting.
