You will drive continuous improvement by documenting issues, tracking quality trends, and applying procedures consistently while collaborating with teams across functions.

Qualifications

• Experience in loan servicing or related financial services.
• Knowledge of secured lending documentation and UCC filings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Ability to interpret procedures and apply them consistently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Index and organize documents per SOPs.
• Confirm evidence supporting lien perfection and monitoring.
