Qualifications

• Experience in technical editing or writing in the AEC industry is preferred.
• Ability to lead complex proposals and coordinate SMEs and stakeholders.
• Strong grammar, compliance focus and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development and manage submission timelines.
• Collaborate with marketing, SMEs, and stakeholders for high-quality content.
• Coach junior staff and ensure alignment with branding and style guides.
• Prepare and review RFP/RFSQ/RFT responses and related materials.
• Edit content for tone, grammar, and technical accuracy.
• Coordinate with HR, finance, legal as needed for proposals.
