Job summary

TYLin Philippines seeks a Senior Specialist to lead Buildings pursuits, manage proposal content, and coordinate with SMEs and marketing teams. The role drives accuracy, messaging, and compliance across submissions while supporting pursuit initiatives and client-focused presentation development.

The candidate will refine proposals, mentor junior staff, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials across TYLin and Introba collaborations.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of proposal, technical writing/editing, or marketing experience.
• AEC industry experience, especially Buildings and multidisciplinary design.
• Ability to analyze RFP/RFQ requirements and craft client-focused responses.
• Strong organizational skills for fast-paced, deadline-driven work.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
• Proficient in Word; strong in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development for Buildings pursuits in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with SMEs to prepare high-quality TYLin and Introba proposals.
• Support sector priorities and qualification efforts for work-winning initiatives.
• Lead responses to RFPs/RFQs/RFTs with schedules, content, and compliance.
• Coach Coordinators through reviews to strengthen proposal quality.
• Lead interview prep for shortlisted Buildings pursuits and client presentations.
• Edit content for grammar, technical accuracy, and branding alignment.
• Coordinate with HR, finance, legal, and technical teams as needed.
• Tailor materials including resumes, project descriptions, and narratives.
• Develop and maintain building marketing resources and capability statements.
• Ensure proper file storage in corporate systems; share pursuit intelligence.
