Job summary

TYLin Philippines is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the global pursuits team. You will assist with proposals, qualification packages, interview materials, and marketing communications, collaborating with technical staff and subconsultants.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong writing and graphic support, and flexibility to meet deadlines within a dynamic AEC environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications, graphics, or a related field preferred.
Experience supporting proposals within the AEC industry is preferred.
Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and writing skills are essential.
Proficient with MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

Assist Marketing Specialists in coordinating proposal pursuits and tracking schedules.
Lead or co-lead small proposals and qualifications packages.
Support interview preparation activities and production of interview materials.
Develop and maintain marketing information systems and client files.
Provide support for marketing efforts, including proposals and government forms.
Draft general proposal sections and supporting graphics as directed.
Other duties as assigned.
