Job summary

TYLin Philippines is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support Pursuits + Work Winning for Buildings. You will assist with proposals, qualifications, and marketing information, collaborating with technical leaders and subconsultants.

The role involves coordinating submissions, maintaining content, and supporting interview materials, with mentorship from senior staff and Marketing Specialists. Strong writing and formatting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred.
• Experience supporting proposals or marketing within the AEC industry preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and writing skills are essential.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience with Buildings or multidisciplinary design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Buildings pursuits by tracking schedules and deliverables.
• Lead small proposals and qualifications packages under guidance.
• Support interview preparation including materials.
• Develop and maintain marketing information systems and sector resources.
• Draft and edit proposal sections, resumes, and graphics.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
