Job summary

TYLin Philippines is seeking a Senior Specialist to lead the pursuits team in developing market-leading proposal and project pursuit content for a global engineering firm. You will support a variety of sectors across the globe and help elevate TYLin as a pre-eminent engineering brand.

You will collaborate with marketing managers, SMEs, and technical teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and compelling proposals, while managing timelines and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Completion of post-secondary education in related field, or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in technical editing or writing; experience in AEC is a plus.
• Ability to understand RFPs/qualifications and craft thoughtful responses.
• Strong organizational skills for handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent grammar and writing skills with strong proofreading ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word; strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
• Deltek Vision CRM experience is an asset.
• Excellent verbal communication with stakeholders and clients.
• Problem-solving, independent work and team collaboration.
• Client-focused with integrity and ethical approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development and ensure quality, accuracy, and schedule commitments.
• Collaborate with marketing, SMEs, and teams to prepare compliant, high-quality proposals.
• Support sector requirements, proposal development, and related marketing initiatives.
• Manage RFP/RFSQ/RFT responses, timelines, content, and document control.
• Lead debriefs and drive continuous improvement in proposals and templates.
• Coach junior staff through reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Lead interview prep for shortlisted pursuits and support technical teams in presentations.
• Edit content for grammar, tone, and consistency per CP Style Guide.
