Job summary

TYLin Philippines is seeking a Senior Specialist for the pursuits team to drive proposal content across global sectors. You will lead development, ensure accuracy, and collaborate with SMEs and marketing to craft compelling, compliant submissions.

You will mentor junior staff, manage timelines, and support interview preparation to win competitive bids while upholding TYLin’s standards.

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience in technical editing or writing.
Experience in the Architecture/ Engineering/ Construction (AEC) industry would be asset.
Ability to understand requests for proposals (RFPs) and qualifications to organize and develop a relevant, thoughtful response.
Superior organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
Superior grammatical and writing skills with experience proofreading documents to ensure integrity and quality.

Responsibilities

Lead proposal development and manage timelines, ensuring quality and on-time submission.
Prepare high-quality proposal documents with emphasis on accuracy, messaging, and compliance.
Collaborate with Marketing Coordinator to support sector requirements and initiatives.
Lead interview preparation activities for shortlisted pursuits and coordinate presentations.
Coach and mentor junior staff through proposal reviews and knowledge sharing.
