Job summary

TYLin Philippines is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to provide support for marketing activities to the global pursuits team. Exercises independent judgment with close supervision and mentorship.

Drives tasks that are part of the larger pursuit effort, partnering with technical leadership, subconsultants, and pursuit manager. The role focuses on coordinating assigned proposal pursuits, supporting interview preparation, and maintaining marketing information systems to ensure timely and compliant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications, graphics, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Marketing Specialists in coordinating assigned proposal pursuits by tracking schedules and deliverables.
• Lead or co-lead small proposals and qualifications packages under supervision.
• Support interview preparation activities including presentation development and materials coordination.
• Develop and maintain marketing information systems (client files, resumes, project descriptions).
• Provide support for proposals, general marketing communications, and government forms.
