TYLin Philippines is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the global pursuits team and coordinate proposal activities. The role involves working with technical leadership, subconsultants, and the pursuit manager to ensure timely submissions.

Responsibilities include assisting with interview prep, developing marketing materials, and maintaining marketing information systems. Strong writing, communication, and design skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications, graphics, or related field preferred.
• Experience supporting proposals within the AEC industry is preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and writing skills are essential.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned proposal pursuits by tracking schedules, delivering milestones, and coordinating communication among staff and subconsultants.
• Lead or co-lead small proposals and qualifications packages under supervision.
• Assist with interview prep activities, including presentation development and material production.
• Develop and maintain marketing information systems and databases.
