Job summary

TYLin Philippines is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support marketing activities for the global pursuits team. The role requires independent judgment with supervision and coordinates proposals, schedules, and communications among technical staff, subconsultants, and stakeholders.

You will assist with interview prep, develop proposal graphics, maintain marketing files, and support general marketing efforts and government forms. A Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, or communications.
• Experience supporting proposals in the AEC industry is preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and writing skills are essential.
• Must be proficient using MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned proposal pursuits by tracking schedules and deliverables.
• Lead small proposals and qualifications packages under supervision.
• Assist with interview preparation and materials.
• Develop and maintain marketing information systems and files.
• Provide support for marketing efforts including proposals and government forms.
• Assemble qualifications packages from existing materials.
• Draft general proposal sections and graphics.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
