Job summary

SMDC is seeking an experienced property manager to oversee day-to-day operations across assigned properties in Quezon City and coordinate with the Cluster Head and clients. The role involves leading site engineers, monitoring budgets, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of seven years in property, facilities, or building management, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proven ability to manage client concerns and present information

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Management Engineering, Building Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in property, facilities, or building management.
• Strong knowledge of building management regulations, safety standards, the Philippine Building Code, and environmental compliance.
• Excellent analytical, report writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage client concerns and present information effectively to various stakeholders.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, reporting, and business analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and report to the Cluster Head and clients.
• Lead site engineers and staff for efficient property management.
• Monitor budgets, income, and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational procedures.
• Oversee maintenance programs and service providers.
• Maintain strong client, owner, and tenant relationships.
• Handle special projects and other assigned duties.
