Job summary

SM Development Corporation in Dasmariñas, Cavite seeks an experienced Property and Facilities Manager to oversee daily operations, lead site engineers and technical teams, and ensure efficient, compliant building management.

You will manage property budgets, implement preventive maintenance, enforce safety procedures, and nurture strong relationships with clients, owners, and tenants to sustain service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Management Engineering, Building Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of five years in property, facilities, or building management.
• Strong knowledge of building regulations, National Building Code, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage client concerns and stakeholder relationships.
• Budgeting, financial analysis, and property financial management knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience in building operations, maintenance programs, and contractor management.
• Proven leadership in supervising technical teams and site personnel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and ensure efficient facility management.
• Lead and supervise site engineers, technical teams, and support staff.
• Manage property budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
• Implement and enforce safety, security, and emergency procedures.
