Job summary

SMDC in Metro Manila is seeking a seasoned Senior Property Operations Leader to manage day-to-day cluster operations through the Property Management Company. You will ensure facilities, security, housekeeping, equipment operations, customer service, finance, and admin are delivered efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Property Management experience
• At least 2 years of Area Management experience
• Experience managing at least five residential condominium developments
• Proven ability to directly lead and manage Property Managers and Complex Managers
• Strong knowledge of condominium laws, building codes, and property management regulations
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned cluster through the Property Management Company, ensuring the effective delivery of facilities management, security, housekeeping, equipment operations, customer service, finance, and administrative services
• Ensure consistent adherence to brand standards, operational excellence, and service quality across all managed properties
• Foster strong, collaborative partnerships with key SMDC Business Units, including Project Development, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Buyers Turnover, to facilitate a seamless transition from project completion to Condominium Corporation operations
• Support the development, implementation, and execution of organizational strategies, goals, and objectives to drive operational efficiency and business performance
• Review, evaluate, and endorse annual operating budgets for property management offices and individual properties, ensuring financial prudence and alignment with organizational objectives prior to submission for approval
• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing property management team, promoting a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer-centric service
• Strengthen the Company's reputation as a premier real estate management service provider by delivering exceptional property management standards and sustainable operational results

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
