Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Licensed Engineer is preferred.
• Experience in property management, building operations, facilities management, construction, or maintenance.
• Knowledgeable about building equipment, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance.
• Experience supervising multi-skilled technicians and contractors.
• Familiar with fire protection systems and testing/commissioning.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for building equipment and facilities.
• Inspect and monitor building equipment, facilities, safety, and security.
• Supervise multi-skilled technicians and third-party contractors.
• Track equipment performance, downtime, inventory, and maintenance reports.
• Manage engineering concerns including construction, tenant fit-out, testing, and plan reviews.
• Ensure compliance with safety programs, permits, licenses, and environmental reports.
• Monitor energy use in common areas and implement energy-saving measures.
• Coordinate with residents/tenants and contractors for issue resolution.
