Savills Philippines is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations at our Davao site. This role requires on-site work six days a week and leadership in coordinating security, maintenance, and tenant relations.

The candidate should have a background in electrical/mechanical engineering and a professional license, with at least two years in property management. Strong budgeting, reporting, and stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in property management with leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering; professional license required.
• Willing to work on-site and six days a week.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operations and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
• Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with house rules and standards.
• Hold regular team meetings to discuss issues, risks, and improvements.
• Implement a 24-hour incident reporting and resolution system.
• Oversee security operations and ensure compliance with protocols.
• Ensure housekeeping standards and service agreements are followed.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance and energy management systems.
• Ensure compliance with fire safety plans, safety guidelines, and insurance.
• Monitor utility, equipment, and waste management systems.
• Prepare accurate reports, correspondence, and meeting documentation.
• Manage vendor contracts and service performance.
• Oversee billing, expenses, and revenue monitoring.
• Prepare budgets and long-term property enhancement plans.
• Coordinate board or landlord meetings and documentation.
• Safeguard legal documents and proper filing and storage.
• Assist in strategic planning and performance improvement initiatives.
