Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered Electrical or Mechanical Engineer with current license.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in building facilities management.
• Strong customer service, communication, and computer skills.
• Decisive and detail-oriented; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of building systems and equipment to ensure reliability.
• Supervise engineers and technicians in daily operations and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with service providers, contractors, and residents; ensure SLA compliance.
• Prepare and oversee maintenance programs, budgets (OPEX/CAPEX), and procurement.
• Generate monthly engineering reports and monitor energy/water consumption.
