Responsibilities

Oversee daily property operations to ensure safe, efficient building performance.
Supervise on-site staff and contracted services (housekeeping, security).
Coordinate with boards, owners, tenants, and authorities as needed.
Prepare weekly progress reports and monthly management summaries.
Ensure compliance with management agreements and company policies.
Monitor budgets, cash flow, and collection activities for the property.
Plan maintenance, safety protocols, and service contracts.
