Job summary

SM Development Corporation seeks a Registered Electrical or Mechanical Engineer to lead pre-operations and ongoing maintenance for a residential project in Cavite. You will supervise shift engineers and technicians, coordinate with service providers, manage equipment records, and ensure compliance with licenses and safety standards.

The role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a detail‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

Registered Electrical or Mechanical Engineer, with relevant certification.
At least 2 years relevant working experience.
Knowledgeable in Building Facilities and Equipment Management.
Has strong customer service, communication, and computer skills.
Decisive with attention to detail.
Efficient and trustworthy; high sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage Shift Engineer/s and technical staff to ensure proper maintenance of building systems and equipment.
Oversee operations of all systems in common areas to keep them in good working condition.
Prepare and oversee maintenance programs for MEP, fire protection, sanitary, and utilities within the project.
Maintain and update technical records, manuals, and turnover documents.
Coordinate with service providers and ensure SLA compliance with contractors and vendors.
Monitor utility consumption and support annual budget preparation (OPEX/CAPEX).
