Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (4-year program)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables) and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Experience creating executive-ready presentation materials or business reports
• Ability to collect, validate, and interpret data to support reporting and decision-making
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization and project coordination skills with multiple priorities
• Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholder groups
• High attention to detail, formatting, and quality checks for deliverables
• Ability to work independently and follow through on commitments

Responsibilities

• Support workspace planning with seating allocations for BAU operations, peak periods, and continuity needs
• Create, review, and publish standardized site reports and updates (utilization summaries, occupancy reporting, executive-ready one-pagers)
• Monitor workspace utilization trends and drive progress toward utilization goals with stakeholders
• Coordinate with real estate, facilities, and technology partners for site changes, densification, and transfers
• Support development and execution of business transformation activities aligned to team priorities
• Drive and promote adoption of digital solutions that improve workflows and stakeholder experience
• Partner with team members and global stakeholders to simplify, improve, and add value to existing processes
• Prepare business analysis, presentations, and project materials with high responsiveness and accuracy
• Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks associated with initiatives and deliverables
• Gather, validate, interpret, and analyze data to resolve reporting gaps and provide insights
