Job summary

Five Seconds Advertising in Metro Manila is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead the execution of digital and on-ground campaigns for our clients.

You will coordinate with suppliers, production teams, and management to develop ideas, manage budgets, timelines, and ensure end-to-end delivery.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in advertising, strong communication, and a track record of leading brand campaigns.

Qualifications

• Degree in Advertising, Communications, Business or Marketing.
• Strong cost estimation and reporting skills.
• At least 3 years in advertising, preferably Above-the-line and digital advertising.
• Led or participated in at least 5 successful brand campaigns.
• No job transfers in the past year.
• Excellent project management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in event execution across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the understanding and execution of client requirements to deliver campaigns on any platform.
• Collaborate with suppliers, production teams, and management to develop ideas for clients.
• Ensure day-to-day communication and end-to-end deliverables, escalate issues as needed.
• Highlight issues and work toward resolution.

JOB SUMMARY

The Project Manager leads the excellent executions of campaigns involving digital and on-ground efforts of Clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Advertising, Communication Arts, Business Management, Marketing Management, or any related course.
• Mastery of creating Cost Estimates, Sales Reports, pre and post project evaluations.
• Minimum 3 years of solid experience in the advertising field, preferably Above-the-line and Digital Advertising.
• Must have led or was part of a team that implemented at least 5 successful brand campaigns.
• Have not transferred jobs in the past 1 year.
• Must have excellent Project Management Skills.
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills.
• Background in execution of events in various platforms

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leads the understanding and execution of client requirements ensuring excellent project executions on any platform.
• Keep up to date with the latest technology and trends and work closely with the SUPPLIERS, production team and management to develop projects and ideas for clients.
• Ensures that the day-to-day communication and end-to-end project deliverables are carried out and elevate issues to concern departments and the immediate superior/s.
• Highlight any issues and strive to resolve them.
• Develops sound COST estimates, resourcing needs (materials and suppliers) and creation of project timelines.
