Job summary

Marks in Manila is seeking a project manager to coordinate layout design programs for clients. You will discuss design concepts, prepare sketches, and ensure resources are allocated with internal teams.

The role requires strong English communication, at least 2 years in project management, and experience in an advertising agency. A hybrid work setup is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Minimum of 2 years' related experience in project management.
• Previous experience from an advertising agency is preferred.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
• Amenable to working in a hybrid set-up.

Responsibilities

• Confer with clients to discuss and determine layout design.
• Prepare rough sketches of material and discuss them with clients and internal parties.
• Coordinate with production facility to allocate resources.
• Provide essential documentation to the production floor for deliverables (Job Tickets, Brand Guidelines, Client docs, Printer specs, checklists).
• Convert information into SGS internal system.
• Liaise with production floor on enquiries for deliverables.
• Liaise with clients on all correspondence.
• Upload files to Client-appointed locations.
• Prepare invoices for completed jobs and forward to Client and Finance for settlement.
• Follow-up inquiries on WIP reports and invoices.
• Generate WIP reports for CSR Team Leader review.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Confer with clients to discuss and determine layout design;
• Prepare rough sketches of material, discussing them with clients and internal parties to ease communication;
• Work with the production facility to ensure all resource needs are allocated;
• Provide all essential documentation to the production floor to prepare the deliverables that meet client needs. That includes but is not limited to Job Tickets, Brand Guidelines, Customer Supplied documents, Printer specification, checklists, all reference files stated in the brief, quarantine any non-conformance deliverables reported by Clients and download files from Client's server;
• Convert all required information into SGS internal system;
• Liaison with production floor on all enquiries related to the preparation of deliverables;
• Liaison with Client on all correspondence;
• Upload files to Client-appointed locations.
• Prepare invoices for all completed jobs at the agreed time frame and send a copy to Client for payment settlement and copy Finance division;
• Follow-up all enquiries on the WIP reports and invoices;
• Generate WIP report and submit to CSR Team Leader for review;
