Job summary

Five Seconds Advertising in Metro Manila seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead the Executions Team, ensuring excellent campaign executions across digital events, activations, sampling, and events for clients.

The role requires 5+ years in project management within BTL or related fields, with deep knowledge of event execution and activation, and a strong portfolio of projects. Supervisory experience handling 2–3 staff is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years as Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in BTL or related industry
• Knowledge of both event execution and activation
• Good portfolio of executed projects
• Graduate of any course, preferably in Advertising, Communication Arts, Business, Management, Marketing Management

Responsibilities

• Leads the Executions Team to ensure excellent project executions across all platforms
• Stay updated on technology and trends; collaborate with production and management to develop projects
• Oversee day-to-day communication and end-to-end deliverables with internal teams
• Highlight issues and resolve them
• Develop estimates, resourcing needs, and project timelines
• Distribute workload to internal and external team members
• Review cost estimates and manage budget and resources for profitability
• Ensure quality of deliverables with team and clients
• Train and develop the project management team
• Evaluate and conduct appraisals of team members

JOB SUMMARY

The Operations Supervisor leads the Executions Team and will focus on providing excellent executions of campaigns involving digital events, activations, sampling, and events efforts of Clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of any course, preferably related to Advertising, Communication Arts, Business, Management, Marketing Management
• At least five (5) years’ experience as Project Manager and Senior Project Manager in BTL or any related industry.
• Has extensive knowledge of BOTH event execution AND activation.
• Good portfolio of executed projects.
• At least 2 years supervisory experience leading at least 2 to 3 personnel.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leads the Executions Team in understanding and execution of client requirements ensuring excellent project executions on any platform.
• Keep up to date with the latest technology and trends and work closely with the production team and management to develop projects and ideas for clients.
• Lead and oversees day-to-day communication and end-to- end project deliverables with internal teams.
• Highlight any issues and strive to resolve them.
• Leads the team in developing estimates, resourcing needs (materials and suppliers) and creation of project timelines.
• Manages the distribution of workload to internal and external team members.
• Reviews cost estimates and manage budget and resources to ensure project profitability.
• Ensure quality of work deliverable with internal team and clients.
• Responsible for the training and development of project management team.
• Evaluates and conducts appraisal of team members.
• Participates in the activities involving the management team.
