Job summary

SGS & Co in Manila is seeking a proactive Project Manager with at least 2 years of related experience in advertising or a similar agency setting. You will coordinate with clients, production teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet client briefs and timelines.

Responsibilities include preparing layouts, managing documentation, invoicing, and maintaining effective client communication. A hybrid work arrangement and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Minimum of 2 years' related experience in project management.
• Experience from an advertising agency.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Amenable to working in a hybrid set-up.

Responsibilities

• Confer with clients to discuss and determine layout design.
• Prepare rough sketches of material and discuss them with clients and internal parties to ease communication.
• Coordinate with production facility to allocate resources.
• Provide all essential documentation to production floor to prepare deliverables that meet client needs (Job Tickets, Brand Guidelines, Customer Supplied documents, Printer specification, checklists, referenced files).
• Convert all required information into SGS internal system.
• Liaise with production floor on all enquiries related to the preparation of deliverables.
• Liaise with Client on all correspondence.
• Upload files to Client-appointed locations.
• Prepare invoices for all completed jobs at the agreed time frame and send a copy to Client for payment settlement and copy Finance division.
• Follow-up all enquiries on the WIP reports and invoices.
• Generate WIP report and submit to CSR Team Leader for review.

• Provide all essential documentation to the production floor to prepare the deliverables that meet client needs. That includes but is not limited to Job Tickets, Brand Guidelines, Customer Supplied documents, Printer specification, checklists, all reference files stated in the brief, quarantine any non-conformance deliverables reported by Clients and download files from Client's server;
