Job summary

PW PHILIPPINES CORPORATION is seeking an experienced professional to develop and review detailed financial models for project finance, PPP, and infrastructure transactions in the Philippines. You will support structuring, valuation, and financing analyses while presenting insights to investment committees and lenders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience including project management and client relationships.
• Strong proficiency in Excel-based financial modeling for project finance/PPP.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review financial models for project finance, PPP, and infrastructure.
• Support structuring, valuation, debt sizing, and risk allocation analyses.
• Prepare insights for investment committees, lenders, and government stakeholders.
• Participate in transaction advisory, feasibility studies, and due diligence.
• Collaborate with technical, legal, and commercial teams to ensure robust inputs.
• Contribute to proposals, client presentations, and business development.
• Lead project teams, manage deliverables and timelines, and coach junior staff.
