Job summary

The Jollibee Group Foundation is seeking a Senior Program Officer for Partnerships, Programs and Innovation Special Project to lead infrastructure-related initiatives and drive timely project delivery in collaboration with partners, government agencies, and internal teams.

You will oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting; manage budgets, timelines, and compliance; and act as primary liaison for contractors, suppliers, schools, LGUs, and institutional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Development Studies or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in program or project management, ideally in infrastructure or education-related initiatives, with CSR/development/foundation exposure.
• Proven ability to manage special projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Strong stakeholder coordination with government agencies, NGOs, contractors, and internal teams.
• Willing to be assigned to a hybrid work setup in Ortigas, Pasig City (2 days on-site and 3 days work-from-home).

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of infrastructure and construction projects.
• Serve as primary focal for contractors, suppliers, schools, LGUs, and internal units regarding requirements and deliverables.
• Oversee project progress against approved work plans, budgets, timelines, and technical specs; recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct site visits and project reviews for quality and turnover readiness.
• Prepare project monitoring reports and maintain project records, permits, and turnover documents.
