Job summary

Jollibee Group Foundation is hiring a Senior Program Officer for Partnerships, Programs and Innovation Special Project. The role leads infrastructure initiatives, coordinates stakeholders, and ensures delivery within budgets and timelines.

The position works with contractors, schools, LGUs, donors, and internal teams to address challenges and achieve program objectives, with hybrid work in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies or related field.
• 3–5 years in program or project management, preferably infrastructure/education CSR.
• Experience with partnership development and donor compliance.
• Willing to be assigned to a hybrid work setup in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure project management from planning to monitoring.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, LGUs, and partners for project delivery.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and lessons learned for management review.
• Manage partnerships, due diligence, and stakeholder engagement.
