Job summary

Jollibee Group Foundation is seeking a Program Officer to implement its corporate communications strategies and campaigns, strengthening stakeholder engagement and enhancing visibility. The role collaborates with internal teams and external partners to develop impactful initiatives and support employee volunteering programs that reinforce Jollibee Group's reputation as a caring employer.

Based in Ortigas, Pasig with a hybrid work arrangement (2 days WFO/week), the officer will manage content

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in communications, social media management, public affairs, or marketing.
Understanding of Corporate Social Responsibility principles and best practices in corporate philanthropy and social impact initiatives.
Strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets.
Experience in content development.

Responsibilities

Implements the Foundation’s communication strategies and campaigns to strengthen stakeholder engagement and visibility.
Collaborates with internal teams and external partners to develop and deliver impactful communication initiatives.
Supports employee engagement and volunteerism programs that reinforce JFC’s reputation as a company that cares.
Develops and executes communication plans, initiatives, and campaigns to promote strategic priorities and CSR programs.
Manages relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies; tracks budgets and timelines.
