Job summary

Jollibee Group Foundation seeks a Program Manager for Innovations and Development to lead the design, piloting, and refinement of novel program models advancing food security, education, and hunger mitigation. The role translates strategic priorities into scalable interventions and generates learning to inform scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in development studies, community development, agriculture, or related field.
• 5–8 years in program development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Minimum 2 years in people management at supervisory level.
• Familiar with CSR, corporate philanthropy, and sustainable development.
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City on a hybrid schedule (2 days onsite, 3 days remote).

Responsibilities

• Identify emerging needs to advance strategic priorities in food security, agriculture, education, and hunger mitigation.
• Translate priorities into innovative program models with objectives and measures of success.
• Lead development and design of innovative program models with relevant teams and partners.
• Manage pilots, tests, and documentation of results and learning for scale.
• Oversee partnerships, due diligence, and risk mitigation for collaborators.
• Coordinate budgets, grants, and renewal of partnership agreements.
• Support staff development, coaching, and performance measurement across sites.
