Job summary

Jollibee Group Foundation seeks a Senior Program Officer to lead infrastructure projects, manage partnerships, and oversee grants and special program initiatives. The role reports to the Senior Program Manager and Program Director and focuses on timely execution, donor requirements, and cross-functional coordination.

Hybrid work setup in Ortigas, Pasig City (2 days on-site, 3 days work-from-home) with collaboration across government agencies, contractors, schools, and internal teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in program or project management, ideally in infrastructure or education-related initiatives, with CSR/development/foundation exposure.
• Proven ability to manage special projects end-to-end: planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Strong stakeholder coordination with government agencies, NGOs, contractors, and internal teams.
• Willing to be assigned to a hybrid work-set-up in Ortigas, Pasig City (2 days on-site, 3 days work-from-home).

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure project management: planning, coordination, implementation and monitoring.
• Manage partnerships: strengthen relationships with institutional partners and provide technical assistance.
• Oversee grants, partnerships, and resource management: monitor utilization, budgets, disbursements, and reporting.
• Oversee program and special projects: align plans, resources, timelines, and deliverables; prepare updates and dashboards.
