Dexcom Philippines seeks a Senior Staff Program Manager to lead complex Technical Support programs in a hybrid delivery environment. You will drive programs from charter through go-live, hypercare, and lessons learned with a focus on delivering measurable value to patients, providers, and partners.

The ideal candidate brings 13+ years in program management, a bachelor's degree, and experience coordinating across Technical Support, IT, Product, and Operations on global initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree or certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of portfolio management, charters, RAID logs, stage gates, and closure.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Technical Support programs from charter to go-live and lessons learned.
• Prepare governance materials and executive-ready reporting translating delivery into strategic impact and value.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across TS, IT, Product, Analytics, Operations, and regional teams.
