Job summary

Coherent Corp. in the Philippines seeks a Production Planner to coordinate and optimize production schedules, ensuring on-time fulfillment and alignment with forecasts. You will monitor throughput, balance capacity with material availability, and report status to management.

This role is onsite in Cavite and requires strong ERP/MRP skills, particularly SAP/Oracle, plus advanced Excel capabilities. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering and 2–5

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or its equivalent in experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in production planning.
• Have capability to interface across department and any levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel.
