Job summary

Coherent Corp. Philippines is seeking a Production Planner to ensure the production line is loaded with adequate WIP, coordinating with Purchasing on material delivery and aligning customer commitments with delivery changes.

The role requires collaboration with Engineering, QA, and Production to address issues and drive continuous flow. The ideal candidate holds a BSIE degree with 4+ years of relevant semiconductor or electronics experience, demonstrates leadership, and is proficient with Power

• A bachelor’s degree in BSIE or its equivalents.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience in semiconductors or electronics.

• Closely work with Purchasing on the material delivery and ensure customer commits are aligned with any changes on the delivery.
• Collaborate and communicate with Engineering, QA, and Production for alignment and addressing the issues/concerns.
• Inform the customers for any changes of delivery/shipment commit.
• Escalate issues/concerns to Planning manager.

Education & Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in BSIE or its equivalents with at least 4 years of relevant work experience in Semiconductior or Electronics (functional skills)

Skills

• Leadership capabilities to manage a team
• Possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy the process of problem-solving
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft and formulas, PDCA, 8D, Power BI, and Oracle is an advantage
• Work effectively with other members of Coherent Corp.
