Job summary

RTX is hiring for an onsite Seating Product Support coordinator based in the Philippines. You will manage approved orders, verify details, and enter data in the ERP system while coordinating with product support, logistics, and customer managers to ensure on-time delivery.

Key responsibilities include leading order status reviews, generating reports, and maintaining CMP workflows, with strong emphasis on accuracy and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6 years of equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in E1 ERP system.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience in sales order processes and customer service inquiries.
• Familiarity with EHS standards and commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage approved Seating Product Support orders, acting as the primary contact for Customers on order status.
• Verify order details: part numbers, quantities and shipping info.
• Enter/update sales orders in E1 ERP system.
• Maintain workflows in CMP (Customer Management Portal).
• Utilise JIRA for information purposes.
• Collaborate with Product Support, Supply Chain, Logistics and Customer Managers.
• Generate Open Order Book reports per Customer Requirements.
• Lead tactical order status review meetings.
• Meet or exceed personal/customer service team targets (KPI).
• Perform other departmental duties including ensuring compliance with company policies and EHS standards.
