Job summary
GridUnity is seeking a senior Product Owner to join the portfolio team and shape the vision for our interconnection software solutions. You will translate strategy into an outcome-based roadmap, collaborate with customers, success, design, and engineering, and guide delivery across multiple product increments in an Agile environment.
The role requires 7+ years in B2B SaaS and 4+ years in Product Owner, plus energy/utility domain knowledge.
Qualifications
- 7+ years experience in B2B SaaS software organizations
- 4+ years experience in a Product Owner role
- Energy/utility industry experience required; preferred as a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication with ability to influence executives
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies
Responsibilities
- Translate company/product strategy into a prioritized, outcome-based roadmap
- Engage with customers to validate needs and align backlog with market problems
- Write and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and edge cases
- Lead product solutioning with cross-functional teams to deliver customer needs
- Own release readiness and ensure features solve defined needs
- Mentor others and improve product development processes
