Job summary

Smart Infrastructure in Manila, Philippines, invites an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end Grid Software projects. You will ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and meets quality standards while prioritizing safety and compliance.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product management, and regional/global groups, manage risks and dependencies, and nurture strong stakeholder relationships to drive customer success and business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of PM experience on complex software, IT, digitalization, or energy projects.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Experience with grid software, energy management, or related digital tech is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Grid Software projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop plans, budgets, schedules, risks, and resource strategies, managing dependencies.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives.
• Ensure governance, regulatory, cybersecurity, and policy compliance across projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product management, and regional/global groups.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery and drive business growth through knowledge sharing.

You'll make a difference by:

• Leading End-to-End Project Delivery: Manage the successful delivery of Grid Software projects from initiation through completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Driving Project Planning and Execution: Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource strategies while proactively managing risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Managing Customer and Stakeholder Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
• Ensuring Project Governance and Compliance: Apply established project management methodologies and governance frameworks to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, regulatory standards, cybersecurity requirements, and company policies.
• Coordinating Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, technical experts, and regional and global teams to ensure effective project execution and successful customer outcomes.
• Driving Continuous Improvement and Business Growth: Identify opportunities to optimize project delivery processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and support business growth through effective project execution and knowledge sharing.

Your defining qualities:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is advantageous.
• Proven Project Management Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience managing complex software, IT, digitalization, or energy-related projects, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in power systems, utilities, grid software, energy management systems, industrial automation, or related digital technologies is highly preferred.
• Project Management Expertise: Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including risk management, budgeting, scheduling, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Relevant Certifications and Tools: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certifications are advantageous. Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Communication and Leadership Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and effectively engage both technical and business audiences.
