Expertise in Agile processes and ability to drive delivery across teams.

Responsibilities

Lead agile development by translating roadmaps into high-impact user stories and acceptance criteria.
Communicate priorities and goals at sprint start aligned with release plans.
Collaborate with Engineering Manager and Product Management to align on vision and roadmap.
Develop and promote best practices for agile ceremonies and teamwork.
Manage and prioritize a healthy backlog to maximize value for customers.
Participate in feature discovery with customers to shape solutions.
