LegalMatch Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Product Owner to lead end-to-end product ownership for internal platforms that power business operations, sales, and account management.

The role focuses on platform-level strategy, multi-team transformation, and systems migration to modernize workflows. You will translate data migration and API-driven requirements into actionable backlogs and measurable outcomes while collaborating with Ops, Sales, Engineering, and Data teams.

Qualifications

• Advanced Product Ownership experience delivering cross-functional products in Agile environments.
• Proven leadership in driving multi-team or cross-domain transformation initiatives.
• Direct experience with systems migration (legacy to modern), including planning and risk management.
• Experience with data migration and system integration, including dependency mapping.
• Exposure to API-driven ecosystems (integration requirements, interoperability).
• Startup or high-growth exposure (2–3+ years) with high ownership and speed.

As a Product Owner, you can lead cross-domain transformation initiatives, own platform-level product strategy, and deliver complex systems migration and integration programs that unlock speed, scale, and measurable business outcomes.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Leading end-to-end product ownership of internal platforms that power business operations, sales, and account management, ensuring each release drives measurable value and operational efficiency.
• Platform-level product ownership: defining strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for platforms/shared capabilities (not just feature delivery).
• Leading multi-team/cross-domain transformation initiatives spanning multiple squads and stakeholder groups (Ops, Sales, Engineering, Data, etc.).
• Driving or co-leading systems migration and modernization initiatives, including legacy-to-modern transitions, workflow digitization, and tooling consolidation.
• Translating data migration, integrations, and API-driven ecosystem requirements into clear product requirements, sequencing, and delivery plans.
• Leading an outcome-driven backlog by writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritizing based on ROI, and ensuring quality releases with measurable KPI improvements.
• Using data-driven decision-making to iterate, optimize, and prove value post-release while gaining stakeholder support and cross-team alignment.
• Managing the product backlog and prioritizing based on changing requirements.
• Liaising with Engineering and Business Teams to deliver updates and address blockers.
• Measuring and monitoring results.

Requirements

• Advance Product Ownership/ Product Manager experience delivering complex, cross-functional products in Agile environments (end-to-end ownership).
• Proven leadership in driving multi-team or cross-domain transformation initiatives (process redesign, operating model change, modernization programs).
• Direct experience with systems migration (legacy to modern), including planning, sequencing, risk management, and adoption.
• Demonstrated experience in data migration and system integration, including dependency mapping and cross-team alignment.
• Exposure to API-driven ecosystems (integration requirements, interoperability, platform/service thinking).
• Meaningful startup or high-growth exposure (e.g., 2–3+ years) where you operated with high ownership, ambiguity, and speed.
