Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's Global Services is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Operations & Testing to define and lead the cross-functional testing strategy for the GS Interaction Model digital products in Manila.

You will own UAT, business validation, launch readiness, and operational acceptance across platforms like ServiceNow and Genesys, partnering with HR, Finance, and Procurement to ensure readiness and high-quality employee experiences. This role requires strong leadership and SDLC expertise.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product operations, testing management, or related roles.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale UAT programs and business validation.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, agile delivery, and release management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple launches with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the business testing strategy for GS Interaction Model digital products.
• Establish testing governance, standards, and quality controls across the product portfolio.
• Coordinate testing across Experience Center, HR, Finance, Procurement.
• Develop testing plans, schedules, resource requirements, and execution strategies.
• Drive operational dashboards, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms for product health.
• Lead business readiness activities for product and platform releases.
• Provide executive readiness assessments and launch recommendations.
