Responsibilities

Support product operations practices across GS Interaction Model products.
Coordinate planning inputs, roadmap/backlog hygiene, risk management, and release calendars.
Prepare dashboards, governance materials, and leadership updates.
Coordinate test planning, UAT, evidence collection, and defect management.
Ensure testing aligns with requirements and business processes.
