Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Operations & Testing in Taguig to drive testing strategy, governance, and operational readiness for a portfolio of digital products including ServiceNow and Genesys. Qualifications

8+ years of experience in product operations, testing management, service management, or related disciplines.
Experience leading enterprise-scale User Acceptance Testing (UAT) programs and business validation activities.
Strong understanding of SDLC, agile delivery methodologies, and release management practices.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the business testing strategy for GS Interaction Model digital products.
Maintain testing standards, governance, and quality controls across the portfolio.
Create a scalable testing operating model for multiple concurrent launches and enhancements.
Lead business-owned testing activities: UAT, business validation, operational acceptance, end-to-end testing.
Coordinate testing with Experience Center, HR, Finance, Procurement, and other stakeholders.
Develop testing plans, schedules, resources, and execution strategies.
Establish launch readiness criteria and governance processes.
Create operational dashboards, KPIs, and reporting for product health and performance.
Foster continuous improvement and quality management across releases.
