Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, a global leader in healthcare, is seeking a Digital Business Product Operations & Testing Lead in the Philippines to coordinate testing, release readiness, and product-operations governance across the GS Interaction Model portfolio. You will partner with product owners, analysts, and delivery teams to ensure quality, traceability, and timely launches.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Operations and Testing, you will drive test strategy, evidence, and post-launch

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in digital product operations, software or business testing, QA, business analysis, release management, or product support.
Experience supporting digital products or enterprise platforms through planning, testing, release readiness, and operations.
Proficient with Jira, Confluence, and related tools.

Responsibilities

Coordinate product-operations activities, including planning inputs, roadmaps, backlogs, risks, and governance.
Prepare dashboards, governance materials, and leadership updates for product performance.
Develop and maintain business testing approaches, criteria, data, and environments.
Coordinate user acceptance testing with business testers and stakeholders.
Manage defects with detail, evidence, severity, and resolution status.
Ensure release-readiness documentation and post-release validation.
Collaborate with owners, analysts, and delivery partners to ensure test coverage.
Maintain product-operations documentation and controls.
