Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s Global Services team seeks a Senior Manager, Product Operations & Testing to define and lead the business testing strategy and governance for the GS digital product portfolio.

You will own UAT, business validation, launch readiness, and operational testing across ServiceNow and Genesys, partnering with Business Product Management, Technology, HR, Finance, and Procurement to ensure quality and readiness for enterprise employee experiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product operations, testing or digital product delivery.
• Experience leading enterprise UAT programs and governance.
• Strong SDLC, release management, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Define business testing strategy and governance for digital products.
• Lead UAT, validation, readiness, and operational testing.
• Coordinate testing across HR, Finance, Procurement, Experience Center.
• Establish launch readiness and business run operational governance.
• Create dashboards and KPIs for product operations.
