Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 5–10 years experience in bank or investment relationship management with HNW exposure.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of Canva, Power BI, and GPTs is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead ideation and go-to-market strategy for new Single Premium Unit-Linked products.
• Formulate marketing programs to generate revenue and attract customers.
• Build partnerships with distribution channels to gain buy-in.
• Execute distributor and customer campaigns to hit targets.
• Set and monitor key metrics to ensure project success.
• Leverage offline and online collaterals, advertising, PR, and trainings.
• Collaborate with agencies and marketing colleagues to implement plans.
