Job summary

Pulse iD, a global fintech leader in AI-powered loyalty and rewards, seeks a Senior Product Manager to own end‑to‑end product delivery from discovery to launch. You’ll collaborate with engineering, design and marketing to translate business needs into scalable software features.

Ideally you have 5+ years in product management or ownership within tech, strong stakeholder management, and hands‑on experience delivering digital products in fast‑paced environments. Remote work options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis roles within a technology-driven software product environment.
• Proven experience managing complex digital products and platforms with multiple stakeholders and integrations.
• Experience in FinTech, digital banking, payments, loyalty, or e-commerce domains is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize product requirements across functional, technical, and UX aspects.
• Work with development, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to inform roadmaps.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and document communications throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitor KPIs to assess performance and identify optimization opportunities.
