Job summary

DKatalis, a fintech-focused company, is seeking a Product Manager to own strategy and drive end-to-end product delivery. You will collaborate with tech, design, and business squads, managing senior stakeholders and mentoring junior PMs.

You will shape the product roadmap, prioritize features based on data insights, and continuously optimize products post-launch while exploring AI-enabled improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5–10 years of product management experience.
• Self-starter with a data-driven mindset.
• Leadership presence to work with senior leaders.
• Collaborative team player with a passion for mentoring.
• Genuine curiosity about emerging tech and AI; hands-on experimentation.
• Strong PM skills: Agile, prioritization, attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set product direction, define the roadmap, and align cross-functional stakeholders on priorities.
• Own and scale digital products through inception, design thinking, launch, and post-launch optimization.
• Create, refine, and ruthlessly prioritize the backlog based on customer value and data insights.
• Navigate internal and external environments; manage relationships with senior leaders and external partners.
• Mentor junior product managers to foster a high-performing product culture.
• Let data guide decisions; track product performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Experiment with AI tools to optimize workflow and add value across the business.
