Qualifications

• Fluency in AI/agents and understanding of how APIs change with agent use.
• Experience in building and shipping functional code autonomously.
• Significant experience in product management for platform or API products.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguous scope and setting baselines for new products.
• Understanding of revenue and gross margins for service lines.
• Ability to build relationships and translate needs into requirements.
• Familiarity with APIs, REST, Webhooks, and platform design.
• Focus on user experience ensuring ease of use in products.
• Ability to prioritize and judge scope decisions effectively.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand signals and manage profitability for Remote Build services.
• Drive standard integrations for fast, predictable deployments.
• Develop new connectors and assess their product viability.
• Implement engagement models and codify development patterns.
• Create scalable managed services and ensure successful transitions.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure product success.
• Provide actionable insights from engagements to product teams.
