Job summary

Doit is building a remote, AI-native stockbroking superapp for Southeast Asia, spanning payments, remittance, insurance, wealth and trading. The Technical Product Manager will own a vertical end-to-end—from strategy to technical design, delivery, and launch, ensuring reliability and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of complex technical products.
• Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, databases, workflows, and failure modes.
• Ability to review, challenge and contribute to technical designs with engineers.
• Experience in payments, banking, remittance, insurance, trading or another regulated, high-consequence domain.
• Strong product judgment and ability to trade off constraints under technical, regulatory, and operational pressures.
• Experience building with LLMs or AI products, including evaluation and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Own a product vertical end-to-end, defining strategy, roadmap and delivery priorities.
• Shape technical design with engineering across APIs, data flows, ledgering, reconciliation and security.
• Balance trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, reliability, and regulatory requirements.
• Embed regulatory requirements into the product (KYC, monitoring, privacy, licensing).
• Apply AI where it meaningfully improves outcomes with safeguards and oversight.
• Coordinate with external dependencies and partners to enable launches.
• Align engineering, design, compliance, and operations around clear product decisions.
